The Operations Division is responsible for the business affairs of the department which include the management of the customer service programs comprised of licensing, boat titling and registration, application hunts; special licenses and permits, the fiscal and accounting functions, human resources management; land agent activities; engineering services; computer and networking services; and statewide building maintenance. The Operations Division is also responsible for the department’s aviation program.
