NAC 503.090 Protected & Unprotected wildlife seasons
- There is no open season on those species of wild animal, wild bird, fish, reptile or amphibian classified as protected.
- There is no closed season on those species of wild animals or wild birds classified as unprotected.

503.050 Protected Birds
1. Are all species of nongame birds protected by the provisions of Federal law.
2. Are all species of the Orders Falconiformes (vultures, hawks and falcons) and Stigiformes (owls) and of the Family Pelicanidae (pelicans).
3. Include:
