NDOW SPONSORS BEGINNING FLY FISHING CLINIC
The Nevada Department of Wildlife is sponsoring a beginning fly
fishing clinic Thursday, May 21, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. This
clinic is designed for entry level anglers and is free to all participants.
The class is limited to the first 15 who sign-up.
What: Class is geared for entry level fly fisherman.
We will demonstrate casting techniques and general fly fishing information.
When: Thursday May 21, 2009 from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Where: Verdi Community Library and Wildlife Education
Center, 270 Bridge Street. (Building is adjacent to the Verdi Elementary
School grounds.)
Sign-ups: Pre-registration is required, and opens
May 12. For more information call the Department of Wildlife at

Ages: Minimum 10 years of age.
Bring: A limited number of rods are available
for use by those who do not have their own fishing equipment.
Cost: Free. There is no charge for attendance;
however, each student shall furnish materials called for in the
outline.
