Application For Energy Projects

These forms can be completed electronically. Simply open the PDF, place your cursor in the form fields and complete the form. The application and all supporting materials, including the associated fee, must be provided to the program administrator listed on the application. The forms can be sent via email or returned by mail.

The following must be completed in full and received by the program administrator to satisfy requirements under NRS 701.610-701.640:
