Alana has pushed to keep herself ahead of the game for business and industry standards. She recently was awarded the honor of being one of Greenspun Media’s 40 Under 40 recipients for 2021 following her award of SBA’s Microenterprise of the Year in Nevada.
She is a graduate of the WBENC West Platinum Supplier Program II, the NCA Contract Readiness Series II, and the SBA Street Wise MBA- Emerging Leaders Program. She strives for excellence and lifelong improvement through education and experience.
Alana believes strongly in giving back and contributing to the community. She has continuously dedicated a percentage of her wage to charity, sponsors underprivileged children, and has an active role in the outreach mission of her company and newly formed non-profit, DIRT. DIRT focuses on connecting the gap between the trades, environmental professionals and the community through education and workforce development. Alana is a Las Vegas native and is dedicated to her hometown roots.
Alana Wise is the owner of Bio Logical, as well as a founding officer for the non-profit DIRT. Born and raised in Henderson, NV; Alana has a degree in Biology from Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Montana. Her degree expands upon her background in construction implementation, and 16 years of experience leading teams in a variety of environments, with 11 of those years in biological consulting. She has, over the years, maintained formidable relationships with agency personnel and worked to adjust project requirements based on previous experience and unforeseen circumstances. Having worked in every stage of biological consulting, she is uniquely qualified to continuously evaluate the cost and quality of work while ensuring the biological documents are upheld.

Casey is a lifelong resident of Lovelock, Nevada where his family has been farming and ranching since the late 1800s. He still preserves that tradition by growing alfalfa and grain crops along with raising Angus cattle. Through his 20+ year career at a large mine in northern Nevada, Casey has extensive knowledge of multiple-use land issues and challenges facing this State through his roles as Technical Services and Operations Manager. Previous to his appointment as the farming representative on the Nevada Board of Wildlife Commissioners in 2018, he was a Director on the Board of the Nevada Trappers Association. Casey is excited to continue Nevada’s work towards Sagebrush Ecosystem conservation & restoration as well as advancing efforts to maximize Mule Deer health and population along with the other ~900 species within the State.

Eddie is a native Nevadan, born, raised and attended K-12 public schools in Washoe County, graduated from the University of Nevada-Reno. His experience in the great outdoors as an avid outdoorsman and sportsman was initiated as a young child with his family. This rich tradition has carried over to his own children. Eddie has been married for 42 years, with three adult children and four grandchildren. He has been a resident of Humboldt County since 1978, where he retired as a public school teacher/ coach/ administrator, assistant superintendent and currently is a licensed real estate agent. Each aspect of his professional career has prepared him for this opportunity to serve our great state of Nevada as a wildlife commissioner. His experience as a wildlife advocate has been demonstrated over the years as a community volunteer in a number of capacities, from Little League sports with his own children to Jr. Achievement in the Classroom, to supporting wildlife enhancement and conservation organizations through the Nevada Department of Wildlife Hunter/Angler education. There have been years of volunteer service with the Nevada Chukar Foundation, Nevada Muley’s, Chukar Chaser Foundation, NBU and Chukar guzzler crews, Sagehen and Sheep captures in Humboldt County and Chairman of the Humboldt County Elk Management Plan. His experience allows him to consider the values and interests of others and to be an empathetic listener to the people he represents.
Eddie is known to be a reliable, respectful person with the ability to relate to people of various ages, ethnic backgrounds and economic status. These individual traits have been an asset throughout his career as an educator and a real estate agent. His experience and knowledge of Nevada, and Humboldt County in particular, has been learned in the field through trial and error or the privilege to have specialists present to share their knowledge with him, colleagues, family and friends. Eddie is a person who works well with the public, evident by his friendly personality, commitment to excellence and dedicated work ethic. He is excited to use his personal skills and lifetime experience to contribute to the goals of the Nevada Board of Wildlife Commissioners.

Commission
(775) 250-8092
tiffany@tiffanyeastpr.com
A native Nevadan and avid outdoor enthusiast, Tiffany East is the first female sportsman to serve on Nevada’s governor-appointed Board of Wildlife Commissioners.
Born and raised in Reno, she is part of a family with a long tradition of hunting and enjoying the bounty of Nevada’s outdoors. She has gone on to share this legacy with her children and grandchildren.
In 2018, Tiffany was appointed by Governor Sandoval as one of the members representing the interests of sportsmen on the Commission, and in her third year she was nominated by then chair, Brad Johnston, to be his vice-chair as well as the legislative chair in 2019 and again in 2021. In 2020 she was reappointed by Governor Sisolak and nominated chair by her peers, making history by becoming the first chairwoman. She is honored to be able to represent sportswomen, and encourages them to engage with the Commission and Advisory Boards to serve in leadership roles.
Tiffany has more than 30 years of success in creating award winning strategic relations campaigns at the local, regional and national levels. Her experience in public relations helps her navigate the line between the opinions of Nevada’s sportsmen and the general public, while managing the regulations associated with the Commission’s directive.
Honored to be tasked with establishing policy for the management of Nevada’s wildlife, Tiffany is grateful for the opportunity to serve the state along with her fellow commissioners and the sporting community in the essential work of preserving Nevada’s wildlife and ensuring that future generations will be able to enjoy all the outdoor beauty and abundance this great state has to offer. Her life-long love for Nevada’s outdoors drives her passion and dedication to Nevada’s wildlife.
