- Join us in Verdi for the February Fly of the Month, the Midge. It’s midge night! We’re tying midge larva and pupa ahead of the season opener at Hinkson Slough. Come check out some of the newest fly coatings and body wraps for wet midge patterns. This course is designed for beginner to advanced fly tiers. All material is supplied and a limited number of loaner vise/tool kits will be available for use.
